Alison Very explores food, travel, and design through lived experience and research—translating complex food systems into grounded, practical choices. This is a place for curious eaters who care about how everyday decisions shape flavor, culture, and the places that feed us.
Immersed in a Japanese Garden, the B House is in the Northwest Hilliside neighborhood of Portland, Oregon with a view of Mt Hood (when not too cloudy). Remodeled in 2020, the B House embodies cozy and comfortable with a modern sensibility.
